Event Description

Learn “hands on” the art of making Pysanky – Ukranian Easter Eggs. Saturday, March 25, 1:00 – 3:30.  Experience this historic “art of the people” using a batik method of wax resist with dye baths. Create an original design incorporating traditional methods and symbolism on a actual egg shell.

Powers Auditorium Sunrise Entertainment & Western Reserve Folk Arts Assoc present legendary duo STEPHEN STILLS & JUDY COLLINS. 50 years ago, singer-songwriter Stephen Still met singer-songwriter Judy Collins, known for her piercing ocean blue eyes. Their tumultuous love affair would later be immortalized by Stills with his composition “Suite: Judy Blue Eyes,” performed by Crosby, Stills & Nash on their landmark debut. Their joint summer tour marks the first time ever Stills and Collins have been onstage together. Collins has earned five Grammy nominations including one in 2017 and one Grammy win. In addition to his ode to Collins, Stills is best known for the hits “For What It’s Worth” by Buffalo Springfield and “Love The One You’re With” from his solo debut.
